BILLINGS- Cold weather continues indefinitely, with periods of snow showers sprinkled in here and there.
There are no signs of the current weather pattern will break anytime soon, keeping colder than average temperatures across the region through at least the middle of next week and likely beyond.
For Wednesday, expect highs to be mainly in the 20s from around Roundup, Billings, South to Sheridan, Wyoming to the West. Highs will be in the teens across the Eastern plains.
Clouds will increase in the afternoon, with areas of light snow showers from Billings towards the mountain foothills. Best chance of snow is from Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
Temperatures early Thursday will be mainly in the single digits, with the teens for the afternoon. Clouds will decrease a bit during the day Thursday.
Temperatures warm to the 20s on Friday, and could even hit some low 30s on Saturday. Another round of light snow is expected Saturday night into Sunday.
By Monday, only the single digits are expected for the high temperatures.
